RETURN POLICY

STOCK ITEMS
Please note all stock items ordered online may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date. All items must be received in new, unworn, new condition with original tags attached. All seasonal items such as Christmas Pajamas or Hanukkah Pajamas mist be received back to us prior to 12/14/18 at 11:59pm PST.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Please note there are no returns or exchanges on custom items once they have been customized. Our one of a kind creation made just for you is no longer in new resellable condition once it had been made per your specifications entered during the checkout process.

MISTAKES
Please note that why strive to be near perfect in what we do...human error can occur on both the buyer and seller part. After we conduct a review of the original order, we can determine if a name was done incorrectly. If we are responsible for the error, we will send our a replacement within 1-3 business days. If the customer was responsible for the error, we will gladly offer a discount to the customer should they decide to purchase the item.

RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES We do not refund initial or return shipping and handling charges. Returning the goods to Cotton Sisters is the responsibility of the customer. If you are exchanging an item and your original order is over $100, we will ship your exchanged items back to you at no additional charge. If your original order is less than $100, there is a $5.00 shipping fee to reship your exchanged items. This $5.00 will be charged to the original form of payment. How do I make a return or exchange? 

Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and a copy of your invoice along with any special instructions or comments in an appropriate shipping box or envelope. If you do not have the original Packing Slip and/or Invoice included with your original shipment, please make sure to include your name, telephone number, and order number if possible. Send it back to us using an insured service to the above address. Make sure to get a tracking number from the shipping supplier used. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.) 

When will my credit card be refunded? Once your package has been received at Cotton Sisters, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 10 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have receive the information from Cotton Sisters.
